    Ad Management starts at $550/month, Copywriting begins at $65/hour, and Graphic Design starts from $550 per project. Custom pricing applies for larger projects—book a free consultation for a personalized quote.

  • Is ad spend included in your ad management fees?

    No—our monthly fee covers the strategy, setup, and management of ad campaigns. Actual ad spend (Meta, Snapchat, Google, etc.) is billed directly through the platform. We’ll help you benchmark and recommend spend levels that align with your business objectives.

  • How long does it take to see results from campaigns?

    Most clients begin to see measurable results within 2 to 4 weeks for awareness and traffic-focused Meta campaigns. Conversion-focused campaigns on Google or Snapchat typically take 4 to 8 weeks, depending on complexity. We provide bi-weekly or weekly performance reports and use real-time data to refine results over time.

  • What is your revision or iteration policy?

    All design and copywriting projects include two to three rounds of revisions, depending on the package. For ad management clients, we continuously test, adjust, and refine campaigns based on performance data to ensure ongoing optimization without needing formal revision rounds.

  • What’s your return or exchange policy for apparel?

    We accept returns and exchanges for apparel within 15 days of purchase, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and includes original tags. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and we’ll gladly help with sizing questions or replacement instructions.
